Well it is official I am proud of myself. I just completed my very first 5 kilometer run with out stopping. Time 36:45. Not too bad. Can't wait to do it again on Friday...I mean Saturday, we have plans on Friday night.
congrats! per my expectations I am lagging behind. I am at 2 miles but that takes me almost 30 minutes...I have not run in probably 2 weeks. Mostly because I am lazy, but also because I was preoccupied worrying about a job opportunity-- that I am pretty sure I didn't get, but at least it gave me some perspective that there are a lot of perks to my current job. Off to run tomorrow am. I sweat into a puddle here, i have NO IDEA how you can run in florida.
