So yesterday I started the first day of the 10K training. I ran 2.5 miles and then drove to my in-laws to take a shower because we didn't have any water. WTF, I swear we lose water more here than I ever have in my life. But I guess that it shows some dedication that I was willing to workout. (it was hot and i hated every minute of it, I wouldn't want to lull you in to any false sense of security for my new found running tradition.)
Off to cross train...I hope I don't die!!! :)
