New Schedule

Thursday: went to the Y and swam
Friday: ran 2 miles
Saturday: Yoga
Sunday: Ran 4 miles
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Swam
Wednesday --- Will run 3 miles

So as you can see I am trying to incorporate more activity into my week. I think this will be my normal schedule. Long runs on Sunday.

I also started loosely counting calories. Trying to keep under 1600.... I hope that plus the work out will help me slim down.

Anyway.... till next week!!!

  1. congrats, you are doing really well! work is ruining my life and my interest in it but I hope that changes soon..either in that things change there or I change jobs. I have not run in about a month, i started walking again, 3 miles one day, 2 another. I plan to run this weekend and see how much distance i've "lost." time for some new music too-- got suggestions for some good running 'tunes?
